Grief Support

The Grief Support Ministry offers spiritual and emotional support to those who are coping with the death of a loved one. There are support group sessions in the fall and spring.

The next series of Grief Support meetings begin on Monday, September 18, 2023, 10:00am-12:00pm in the Cafeteria. This Grief Share group will meet for 10 sessions through November 20, 2023.

Evening of Remembrance 

The Grief Support Ministry holds an annual Evening of  Remembrance to conclude our Fall session in the Chapel to remember and honor our loved ones who have died. The evening offers a time of quiet, prayerful reflection, inspiring readings, and peaceful music. There is also a candle-lighting ritual as participants are invited to say the names of those who have died for whom they would like us to pray for and remember. All those who have lost loved ones and their friends are invited.

The next Evening of Remembrance celebration will be on November 27, 2023, in the Chapel.
