Synod Timeline
October 9 - 10, 2021: Pope Francis Opens the Synod from the Vatican
PHASE 1 October 2021 - April 2022: The Synodal process held throughout the Catholic World
PHASE 2 September 2022 - March 2023: Bishops meet at the national/continental level
PHASE 3 October 2023: Bishops meet in Rome for final phase
